Overview of Storat Appointments

Being a service business is not always about getting orders or leads, it is also about delivering the service and getting paid. Storat Appointments Solution will help you convert leads and orders to appointments.

Features


Three easy steps to start with Appointments

  1. Each store comes with a default calendar. But you can create new calendars for each service, employee or group of employees. To create new calendars, visit Manage Calendars tab.
  2. Your customers will be able to select preferred appointment date at the time they are buying your service from your own website or Storat. Also you can convert leads or orders to appointments from the manage leads or manage orders dashboards.
  3. You can use calendar Appointments Dashboard to change appointment date and time by a simple drag and drop. Also, you can use the Resources Scheduler Dashboard to view all appointments for all resources next to each other. you can move appointments between resources with a simple drag and drop


Once an appointment is set you and your customer will receive automatic notifications for three times:

  1. At the time of the appointment
  2. Twenty-Four (24) hours before the appointment date & time.
  3. Six (6) hours before the appointment date & time.

Appointment Status

All appointment in storat will have one of the following statuses:
  1.   Tentative   - the buyer requested an appointment, but the seller didn't accept it yet.
  2.   Confirmed   - The buyer and seller confirmed and agreed to the appointment date and time. 
  3.   Completed   - The buyer received the service and the appointment is complete.
  4.   Canceled   - The seller or the buyer canceled the appointment.
