Viewing Customer Number from the Web

Introduction

You can now call your customer directly using Storat's newly launched virtual number feature. Each active order will have a "Virtual number" assigned to it. This means that when you call, the customer will not see your number. 
It is forbidden to ask the customer for their mobile numbers and it is a violation against Storat agreement policy and will result in a penalty.

Viewing and Calling Customers from Store Manager

You can call your customers from the "My Orders" dashboard section of the app.
  1. Login to you account on Storat.com. 
  2. Click on the "Orders" button on your store manager, or click on this link: https://uae.storat.com/dashboard/vouchers/manage
  3. Open the "Active" orders tab 
  4. You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to call.
  5. Next to the customer's name, click on the blue "Click to call" link.  This will open a window with the virtual number. 
The virtual number will be active for 5 minutes only. If after 5 minutes you still want to call the number, you will need to repeat the 5 steps above. 

It is forbidden to ask the customer for their mobile numbers and it is a violation against Storat agreement policy and will result in a penalty.

You can call customers directly from the mobile app. If you didn't install the app yet, Install it from Apple Store or Google Play
