Chatting with Customers from Mobile App

Introduction

You can now chat directly with your customers directly from the mobile app using Storat's newly launched chat feature. This will give you the ability to chat with them incase of delays, or if you have questions about the order requested or you need the exact location of the customer. 







Chatting with customers from the Mobile App

There is a new section on the menu called "Chat" that will give you quick access to chat with the customers. 

1. Open Storat Merchant App & Login 
2. Click on "Chat" from the top sliding menu



3. 
You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to chat with.




4. This will open the chat window directly.
5. Enter your message and click on the send button




You can also chat with your customers from the order details section on the mobile app. 

1. Click on "My Orders" from the top sliding menu




2. Open the "Active Orders" tab 



3. You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to chat with.



4. Click on the green "CHAT WITH CUSTOMER" button.  This will open the chat window directly





5. 
Enter your message and click on the send button
