Payment Methods at Storat

Introduction

Storat supports various payment methods to accommodate customer requirements or the service category. When customer books a service at storat, various payment methods will be available to the buyer. 
Tip: Payment methods acceptable for a service is determined by your business service category. for example, the Restaurants category can accept Credit Card or Cash on Delivery, while cleaning services can accept Credit Card on Delivery or Cash on Delivery.

The following are payment methods accepted on storat.

Payment methods where the buyer pays for the order at the time of booking the service or buying the vouchers: 
  1. Prepaid by Credit Card (CC)
  2. Prepaid to Storat (PTS)
Payment methods where the buyer pays for the order at the time of receiving the service: 
  1. Cash on Delivery (COD)
  2. Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD)
  3. Post Paid to Storat (PPTS)

Prepaid by Credit Card (CC)

The customer will pay for the service at the time of booking the service. The payment will be received by Storat. When you deliver the service to the customer, make sure to get the voucher code first and redeem the voucher. Once a voucher is redeemed, it will be included in your next invoice to be wired to your bank account. 
Without a VOUCHER CODE, you can't redeem a voucher that is Prepaid by Credit Card. 

Prepaid to Storat (PTS)

Prepaid to Storat is similar to Prepaid on Credit Card. However, the customer may have chosen to pay using wire transfer or cash directly to Storat. Again, it is essential to get the voucher code from the customer before delivering the service. Once a voucher is redeemed, it will be included in your next invoice to be wired to your bank account. 

Cash on Delivery (COD)

The customer elected to pay by cash on delivery at the time of service delivery. It is the Merchant's responsibility to collect the cash from the buyer before delivering the service.
Tip: Although the payment method is COD, if you have a credit card machine, you offer the customer to pay by credit card using your credit card machine

Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD)

At the time the customer booked the service, he elects to pay by credit card at the time of service delivery. Those orders must be processed using pay.storat.com or Storat Mobile App.
Please make sure to process the payment through Storat Pay. Not doing so is a violation of Storat Merchant's Agreement

Post Paid to Storat (PPTS)

Post Paid to Storat is similar to Cash on Delivery. However, the customer have chosen to pay using wire transfer or cash directly to Storat. Once a voucher is redeemed, it will be included in your next invoice to be wired to your bank account.
