Chatting with Customers from the Web
Introduction
You can now chat directly with your customers directly using Storat's newly launched chat feature. This will give you the ability to chat with them incase of delays, or if you have questions about the order requested or you need the exact location of the customer.
It is forbidden to ask the customer for their mobile numbers and it is a violation against Storat agreement policy and will result in a penalty.
Chatting with customers from the Store Manager (Web)
There is a new section on the menu called "Chat" that will give you quick access to chat with the customers.
- Login to you account on Storat.com.
- Click on the "Chat" button on your store manager, or click on this link: https://uae.storat.com/dashboard/chat
- You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to chat with.
- This will open the chat window directly. Enter your message and click on the send button to start the chat
You can also chat with your customers from the order details section on Orders dashboard.
- Login to you account on Storat.com.
- Click on the "Orders" button on your store manager, or click on this link: https://uae.storat.com/dashboard/vouchers/manage
- Open the "Active" orders tab
- You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to chat with.
- Next to the customer's name, click on the "Chat with buyer" link. This will open the chat window directly.
- Enter your message and click on the send button to start the chat

You can chat with your customers directly from the mobile app too. If you didn't install the app yet, Install it from Apple Store or Google Play.
