Appointment Requests by Buyers for Orders and Vouchers
Introduction
When a buyer books for one of your services on Storat.com or Storat Mobile App, they will request an appointment date and time for the service. The following is the workflow for the process:

Buyer workflow: visit your ad page on Storat website or Mobile App ---> buyer choose an option ---> request a date an time for the service ---> Buyer complete the order and enter credit card information ---> an order will be created and an email will be sent to you ---> a tentative appointment will be created an email will be sent to you to confirm or reschedule the appointment.

Appointment request by buyers are TENTATIVE until you accept or reschedule the appointment.
You will receive an email with the appointment request link to accept or reschedule the appointment. When you click on the link the following form will open

How to Accept Appointments
- Open the appointment link in the email received or visit your calendar in the store manager ( Store Manager \ Appointments \ Manage Appointments)
- Accept the appointment by clicking on the Accept button to accept the appointment
- Once you click on accept, a confirmation email and SMS will be sent to the customer with the date/time.
How to Reschedule Appointments
- Open the appointment link in the email received or visit your calendar in the store manager ( Store Manager \ Appointments \ Manage Appointments)
- Click on the Reschedule button to change the date/time of the order. This will take you to the appointment dashboard where you can edit the appointment.
- Make sure to click on Save Changes & Reschedule button to confirm the appointment
- Once done, a confirmation email & SMS will be sent to the customer with the date/time

If you don't accept or reschedule the appointment in a timely manner, you risk order cancellation.
- Tentative : the buyer requested an appointment, but the seller didn't accept it yet.
- Confirmed : The buyer and seller confirmed and agreed to the appointment date and time.
- Completed : The buyer received the service and the appointment is complete.
- Canceled :The seller or the buyer canceled the appointment.
