Rescheduling Appointments on Merchant App


​If you didn't install the app yet, install it from Apple Store or Google Play. 

Introduction

If a customer wants to reschedule the appointment for the service, you can always change the current appointment set date/time to a new one via the merchant mobile app.

Keep checking your Appointments dashboard manager on the mobile app to make sure you don't miss an order. 


Rescheduling Order Appointment from the Mobile App

You can reschedule any appointment of an order from the orders dashboard section of the app

1. Open Storat Merchant App & Login.
2. Click on "Orders" from the top sliding menu.

3. Open the "Active Orders" tab.


4. You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you wish to reschedule.


5. Click on the blue "Reschedule Appointment" button.




6. Enter the new appointment date, start time, and end time. Once done click on the "Reschedule Appointment" button.








7. An Email/SMS will be sent to the customer with the new set date/time for the appointment.
Make sure you confirm with the customer the new date/time before changing it on the app.
