Account Balance and Refilling

Account Balance and Refill can be used to refill your account. If your account balance is zero or below, your Ads will automatically expire. You will not be able to accept distributed orders or leads. Account Balance is used for prepaid subscription to pay for

1. Storat commission or orders booked and delivered
   
2. Lead charges for lead you accepted
   
3. SMS notification charges if you enabled SMS notification
   
4. Virtual number charges, if you added a virtual number to your account

To refill your account

1. Login to your account in storat
   
2. Open Store Manager \ Billing \ Accounts Balance & Refill
3. If you don't have a credit card on file the following message will appear: "You dont have a credit card on file. Click here to add new card."  Click on Click here to add a credit card. This will open the payment method dashboard. Add your credit card information and click on  + Add Credit Card  button. 
   
4. If the credit card is authorized successfully, it will be added to your account.
   
5. Go back to Account Balance and Refill
   
6. Select an Amount to refill your account. 
   
7. Click on Refill Your Account button.
   
8. If the transaction is successful, the new account balance will show in the blue box at the top of the screen. Please note that the VAT will be deducted automatically from the refilled amount. 
   
9. An invoice and Invoice payment receipt will be automatically sent to your email. You can also view them in the invoice and invoice payment sections of the Billing Dashboard.
