Requesting Order Cancellation and Refund
If a customer request to cancel an order or the customer is not fit for the service, you can request an order (voucher) cancellation and refund. The request will go to storat customer service team for review. The customer will be contacted and if the cancellation request is genuine, the voucher will be canceled ( and the commission amount will be refunded if your subscription on a prepaid plan).
Excessive cancellation requests will flag your account. Please use it wisely.
Requesting orders cancellation from the Store Manager
You can request an order cancellation from the order management dashboard or from the order details dashboard.
- Login to storat.com.
- Go to the store manager by clicking on the name on the upper right corner and select Store Manager.
- Click on Orders on the common menu to open the Order Management Dashboard.
- You will see a list of orders you have received. Under that, you will see a card for each order with basic information and a green Actions button. Click on Actions. It will bring down the actions menu.
- Click on Request Cancellation. that will open the Request Voucher Cancellation screen.
- Select a reason for the cancellation.
- Click on Send Cancellation Request button.
- Storat customer service team will receive the request and process it within two business days. The customer will be contacted to confirm the cancellation request. If the request is genuine, the order will be canceled and you will be notified by email.
