Redeeming Orders from the Mobile App

Introduction

Each order has to be redeemed once the service is done, it is an essential step to complete transactions. Time is crucial, redemption should be done promptly or if a customer were to cancel an order or the customer will not show up and decided that they are not interested to undergo the service, you should cancel the appointment on the app quickly. 



Pay close attention to the payment method when redeeming an order. If the payment method is Cash on Delivery (COD) or Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD), it is your responsibility to collect the payment/service charges from the customer 

Redeeming Orders from the Mobile App

You can redeem an order from the order dashboard section of the app.

If you didn't install the app yet, Install it from Apple Store or Google Play. 
1. Open Storat Merchant App & Login 
2. Click on Orders from the top sliding menu
3. Open the "Active Orders" tab: You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to redeem
4. Click on the green "Redeem Order" button. Depending on the payment method, there are different ways to redeem the order based on five different payment methods that the customer can choose from. 
  1. Credit Card (CC) Orders: You can redeem the order directly without entering a order code, just click on the green button "CONFIRM & REDEEM"
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: You can redeem the order directly without entering a order code, just click on the green button "CONFIRM & REDEEM"
  3. Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD) Orders: You need to get the order code directly from customer, enter it in Storat pay and then redeem
  4. Prepaid to Storat (PTS) Orders: You can redeem the order directly without entering a order code, just click on the green button "CONFIRM & REDEEM"
  5. PostPaid to Storat  (PPTS) Orders: The order will be redeemed by Storat Support team. Once the service is delivered, please contact Storat to get your order redeemed

1. Redeeming Cash on Delivery (COD), Credit Cards (CC) and Pre Paid Orders

You can redeem the order directly without entering a order code, just click on the green button "CONFIRM & REDEEM"


   













2. Redeeming Credit Card on Delivery (CCOD) Orders

 The order should be redeemed using Storat Pay, you will find that tab on the top sliding menu next to "Settings".

Order code should be taken directly from customer










3. Redeeming PostPaid to Storat Orders

The order will be redeemed by Storat Support team. Once the service is delivered, please contact Storat to get your order redeemed
