• Redesigned the Order Management Section in Store Manager: Now Buyer Mobile will always show for active and redeemed orders.
• Introducing Appointment Request System: Buyer can now request an appointment date\time at the time they are buying your service through Storat.com. You will receive an appointment request by email. You can accept or reschedule the appointment. please reschedule only after contacting the buyer.
• Redesigned the Appointment Management System: with deeper integration with the e-commerce system. Now each order will have an appointment. Appointments will have 4 states:
  1. Tentative (Pending) : appointment requested by buyer, but not yet accepted by seller.
  2. Confirmed : appointment accepted by seller.
  3. Completed : the buyer came to the appointment and the service delivered.
  4. Cancelled : buyer cancelled the appontment.
• Completed or Cancelled Appointments will not Cancel or Redeem the order (voucher). Orders have to be redeemed or cancelled from Order Management in the Store Manager.
• Appointment Reminder by SMS: Buyer will receive SMS reminders 48 hours and 6 hours before the appointment. Buyer can cancel or reschadule from the SMS.
• Printable Voucher: Introducing printable voucher. Buyer can print the voucher from personal dashboard. Seller can print the voucher from voucher view in store manager.
• Introducing Images in Instant Booking System.
• Improvement to Excel Downloads from Store Manager.
• Other bug fixes and improvements.
