Notifications by Email and SMS

Introduction

With Storat Notifications, you can receive orders, leads, and appointments notification by email and SMS's. By default the system will send notifications to the email the account is registered on and the account verified mobile. Additionally notification can be sent to 1 Mobile number and up to 5 emails per store locations. 
If SMS notification is enabled, you will be charged AED 0.07 per SMS.

Disabling SMS Notification

  1. If you would like to disable SMS Notification, Click on Toggle to Disable radio button


Adding Additional Mobile to a Store Location

  1. Scroll down to the store location you want to add additional email or mobile for.
  2. To add new Mobile, enter the mobile number in row number 1 and click on + Add Mobile No. 
  3. The mobile will be added and an SMS verification code will be sent the mobile with an activation link. Please ask the mobile owner to click on the link to verify the mobile so they can start receiving notifications for leads, orders, and appointments.
  4. If he\she didn't receive the notification, click on   Resend Activation SMS   button. 

Adding Additional Emails to a Store Location

  1. To add new emails, enter the email address in row number 2 and click on + Add Email.
  2. The Email will be added and an SMS verification code will be sent the mobile with an activation link. Please ask the Email owner to click on the link to verify the email so they can start receiving notifications for leads, orders, and appointments.  
  3. If he\she didn't receive the notification, click on   Resend Activation Email   button. 
  4. You can repeat this process for up to five emails.
