Managing Appointments

Introduction

You can convert your leads & orders directly to appointments from the Appointment Dashboard. You can set up an appointment from the Appointment Dashboard. Also, appointments can be set directly from the Leads & Orders Dashboards.
Tip: To better organize your appointments, set up as many calendars that your business requires to manage appointments with customers.

Managing Your Appointments

To view your appointments of a specific calendar, click on the calendar from the drop-down menu on the right side next to create appointment and choose the calendar you want to view. You can view your appointments by:
  1.   Month:   Will show you all the appointments of the month 
  2.   Week:   Will show you all the appointments of the week with the hours
  3.   Day:   Will show you all the appointments of the day with the hours
  4.   List:   all the appointments of the month
You can move through the months, weeks or days by toggling with the arrows shown on the middle left side of the Appointments screen. 

Editing Appointments:

  1. Click on Appointments on the common menu to open the Appointments Dashboard, make sure you’re on the Appointments tab on the middle menu
  2. Click on the appointment you want to edit, this will take you to the Manage Appointment screen
  3. Once you're done with the edits, click on   Save Changes  

Canceling Appointments:

  1. Click on Appointments on the common menu to open the Appointments Dashboard, make sure you’re on the Appointments tab on the middle menu
  2. Double click on the appointment you want to edit, this will take you to the Manage Appointment screen
  3. Click on the  Cancel Appointment  button
  4. A Cancel Appointment screen will appear, add the reason for the appointment cancellation under Cancellation Reason:
  5. Once you're done adding the cancellation reason, click on Yes, Cancel Appointment. You will also receive this confirmation message on the top of the screen: "Success! Appointment canceled successfully!'

Sending Reminder Emails to Customers:

You can send your customers email reminders about their appointment with you from the Appointment dashboard
  1. Click on Appointments on the common menu to open the Appointments Dashboard, make sure you’re on the Appointments tab on the middle menu
  2. Click on the appointment you want to send a reminder to, this will take you to the Manage Appointment screen
  3. Click on  Save Changes, a reminder email will immediately be sent to the customer. You will also receive this confirmation message on the top of the screen: "Success! Appointment reminder email sent successfully!"
