Setting up Calendars and Resources

Introduction

You can set up multiple calendars for each service, employee or a group of employees using Storat Appointments. You can then manage those calendars as resources from the resource scheduler.

Tip: Once a calendar is created, orders and leads can be converted to appointments in the calendar created

Creating a New Calendar

You can create a new calendar from the Appointments Dashboard in Store Manager.   
  1. Login to Storat.com.
  2. Go to the store manager by clicking on your name on the upper right corner and select Store Manager.
  3. Click on Appointments on the common menu to open the Appointments Dashboard.
  4. Click on Manage Calendars on the menu in the middle. You will notice that there is a Default Calendar already created at the time you set up your store. 
  5. Click on the green button   + Add New Calendar   this will open the Create Calendar screen. 
  6. Enter a name for the new calendar. Optionally you can also upload a calendar picture.
  7. Click Create Calendar button to publish the new calendar.
You can create as many calendars as your business requires to manage appointments with customers. 

Editing and Archiving Calendars

If you want to edit a calendar name or picture.
  1. Go to Manage Calendars in Appointments Dashboard. 
  2. Click on the Actions button next to the calendar you want to edit. This will open the edit calendar screen. 
  3. Edit the information and click Save Changes.
To archive, a calendar, click on Archive from the Actions button next to the calendar.
