Email Redirects: Receiving Email Leads with Email Redirect

Introduction

All stores on storat have unique email ids to make it easy to share leads via email. If you have a lead information that you want to add as an offline lead on the store manager, all you need to do is send an email to your store by forwarding emails you receive in your website booking forms or social media accounts fillable forms to your store unique email account so you can manage them with the Lead Management dashboard.

To better manage your leads, forward them using the store unique email to track and add actions on it for future references.

How to forward leads using Email Redirects: 

1- Go to Email Redirects under your Leads Dashboard

2- Copy the Store Unique Email Account

3- Use your store unique email account address to send new leads to the leads dashboard

4- Once you send to the store unique  email account, it will show under the "New" leads tab under the lead source "From Email"

Click on the lead you sent to the Store Unique Email Account to view the details under Additional Information.
