E-Commerce Orders

Store Manager \ Billing \ E-Commerce Orders is a section to see the list of services ordered and delivered. The order has to be in a redeemed state to show up in the E-Commerce Orders dashboard. For each order, you can see the order number, customer name, order date, redeem date, mode of payment, amount, commission charged, and other charges applicable to this order. Next to each order there is View Order button that you can click it to see more details for that orders. From this dashboard, you can download the orders to an excel file to review it offline. 



Downloading Orders
  1. Login to your account in Storat.
  2. Go to Store Manager \ Billing \ E-Commerce Orders.
  3. Click on Download button at the top right corner of the dashboard. 
  4. In The Choose Filters screen, click on Choose Date Range box and choose the date range.
  5. Click Apply.
  6. Click Apply Filter.
  7. The orders will be downloaded to your browser download folder with the name transactions.xlsx
