Calling Customers from the Mobile App

Introduction

You can get in touch with your customers using Storat's newly launched feature on the mobile app. You can now call your customer directly from the mobile app, each active order will have a "Virtual number" assigned to it. This means that when you call, the customer will not see your number. 
If you didn't install the app yet, Install it from Apple Store or Google Play.

The virtual number will be active for 5 minutes only. If after 5 minutes you still want to call the number, you will need to repeat the 5 steps above. 

Calling customers from the Mobile App

You can call your customers from the "My Orders" dashboard section of the app.
1. Open Storat Merchant App & Login 
2. Tap on "My Orders" from the top sliding menu




3. Open the "Active Orders" tab 


 

4. You will see a list of your active orders. Click on the card of the order you want to call.




5. Click on the red "CALL CUSTOMER" button. Then click on "Call Now"
