- Lead Payment
- Commission Payment for Voucher Sold
- Cash on Delivery Fee for Voucher Sold
- SMS Charge
- Call Charge (if a virtual number is assigned to your account and it is redirecting to a Mobile number)
- Account Refilled (for Prepaid customers)
- Account Prefilled (for Postpaid customers)
Each transaction will have transaction no, date, type, amount, and optional comment. If the transaction is a lead or order, a button will show on right side of the transaction to View Order or View Lead .
Filtering Transactions
You can filter transactions to see a specific period transactions
- Go to Store Manager \ Billing \ Billing transactions
- Click on Choose filter button in right side of the screen. This will open choose filter window
- Click on 🗓️ calendar icon, This open the calendar filter. you can choose from various date options like today, yesterday, last 7 days, Last 30 Days, This Month, Last Month or a Custom Range.
- Once you selected the dates, click on Apply button.
- Click on Apply Filter button.
- The transactions will be filter to the selected date range.
- If you want to remove the filter and see all transactions, click on the X button in grey box in the middle of the dashboard to remove the filter.

Downloading Transactions
You can download the transactions of the selected period using the download button at the top right corner of the dashboard.
- Click Download button
- Go to to your browser download folder
- Check the most recent xlsx file downloaded with the name transactions.xlsx.
